Biography

Dr. Sroufe is an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine, Children’s Emergency Services, and in the Department of Pediatrics at Michigan Medicine.  She is also the Associate Chief Clinical Officer for C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.  Dr. Sroufe earned her Master’s Degree in Public Health at the University of Michigan.  She subsequently received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and completed both her pediatric residency and pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan.  She is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine.

Her clinical and research interests are focused on developing evidence based, clinical practice guidelines to facilitate safe, effective, efficient, quality care delivery as well as operations management of pediatric health systems.
